On peut tirer trois enseignements de ce comparatif :
1. Le diable est dans les détails : malgré une similitude apparente, les trois régimes exposés sont nettement différents et peuvent receler des subtilités insoupçonnées qui peuvent entraîner une insécurité juridique.
2. Il faut toujours lire le texte juridique d’une licence, en particulier si vous comptez l’apposer sur l’une de vos créations : la présentation simplifiée sous forme de pictogrammes des licences Creative Commons est trompeuse.
3. Plus le texte juridique est long, plus la licence est complexe à appréhender ; elle l’est encore plus si elle fait l’objet d’adaptations régionales (au lieu de simples traductions) avec des restrictions à géométrie variable.
